Welcome to Parents in the Know. Today, we have another special episode from our interview series. I’m glad to introduce you to Dr Ash Nayate, from www.revolutionme.com.au.
Dr. Ash is a clinical neuropsychologist, which is an impressive title simply meaning that she has specialized expertise in brain function and how it influences behaviour. Motivated by a childhood in which she experienced severe anxiety and depression, Ash now uses her professional expertise to help young people and their families become more confident, resilient and happy. She utilizes the best techniques from neuropsychology, positive psychology and coaching to help families attain happiness and balance in their lives. Ash is a full time business owner, a full time mum and as if that wasn’t enough, she is just about to go back part time to her other work at the Royal Children’s Hospital as well!
