Gail works for the Salvation Army’s Westcare, which provides foster care, residential care and transitional services for children in need in Melbourne. She has had over 20 years of experience in the foster care industry and has two permanent foster children of her own. Gail has worked as a manager of a residential care unit, has worked in adolescent foster care and is currently in charge of training and assessing potential new foster carers.
